Info opens with period-aware feature cards

1. Given Schedule & Invoice is selected as the capability view
2. And the Info tab is selected
3. When user context has loaded
4. Then the page title is Information
5. And I can change the selected period
6. And the Income card is shown
7. And the Expenses card is shown

I review income

1. Given the Info page is open
2. When I open Income
3. Then PlayPay shows income for the selected period
4. And income can be grouped by the relevant people or venues
5. And returning to Info refreshes the displayed totals

I review expenses

1. Given the Info page is open
2. When I open Expenses
3. Then PlayPay shows expenses for the selected period
4. And expenses can be grouped for review
5. And returning to Info refreshes the displayed totals

Info handles disabled feature setup

1. Given Schedule & Invoice is disabled
2. And Digital Tax Filing is disabled
3. When I open Info
4. Then the page shows the disabled-feature state
5. And it does not show income, expenses, or digital filing cards
